A smaller cruiser (cruiser 1st class) constructed at the beginning of the century; took part at the Russo-Japanese War; interned in Manila after the Tsutshima Battle; took part in WW I and the Civil War; torpedoed by a British MTB on 18 Jun 1919 in the Finnish Gulf; salved in 1938 and sold for scrap.
