Memory start addresses and sizes
The 64M bytes of DDR SDRAM are starting at address 0xC4000000.
The 16K bytes of block RAM are also available, starting at address
0xC0000000.
Memory test
You can find a program to test the DDR SDRAM in the directory
"memtest". It can be loaded over the serial line. Expect it
to run for quite a while.
